Since the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) was approved in December 2022, Ithos has been working closely with cosmetic brands, companies, labs, retailers, and manufacturers to guide them in complying with new MoCRA regulations.
Our regulatory compliance team has done a deep dive into all things MoCRA. We’ve followed FDA updates and guidance closely. We’ve also developed software solutions to streamline the ongoing MoCRA reporting process.

Within the cosmetic and personal care industries, Bridget has extensive experience in product development and international regulatory compliance. At Ithos, Bridget works with many different types of clients and helps them tackle their toughest regulatory challenges and questions. She manages the Regulatory Team to provide compliance solutions with our clients’ needs in mind and also supports Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and product Software initiatives. She has a BS in Biological Sciences from The Ohio State University and an MS in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Findlay.
Ben Alston | Senior Project Manager
Before joining Ithos, Ben worked as a Product Market Engineer for Hitachi Data Systems as well as a Technical Marketing Engineer for Cypress Semiconductor.
