John has a distinguished career as a SaaS technology executive, with fortes in go-to-market strategy, operational excellence, and crafting best-in-class customer experiences. Prior to joining Ithos, John served Cordance as President of two other Business Units and as VP, Growth Strategies. His strategic vision for revenue generation and market expansion led to new, sustained growth for the businesses he managed.
Before joining Ithos, Amy worked in client facing roles from the video game distribution to e-commerce industries. She has a BA in Environmental Science and a BA in Geography from Binghamton University. Fun Fact: Amy used to make roasted crickets, cricket candies, and cricket baked goods to sell at the Farmer’s Market. In her own words: “They’re incredibly nutritious and environmentally friendly.”
Stephanie helps prepare regulatory reviews of product formulations and author GHS compliant Safety Data Sheets. She also prepares product information files for domestic and global registrations, reviews label artwork and claims.
Before joining Ithos, Alyssa spent 2 years working with L Brands Regulatory and 1 year with Abbott Nutrition Quality Assurance. She has a Bachelors degree in Biology and Art from Wittenberg University. Fun Fact: She is scared of needles but has 7 tattoos… it doesn’t make any sense to her either!
Before joining Ithos, Ben worked as a Product Market Engineer for Hitachi Data Systems as well as a Technical Marketing Engineer for Cypress Semiconductor. Before joining Ithos, Mai spent 9 years working for contract manufacturers specializing in OTCs, cosmetics, and personal care products. She has a combination of experience in quality control, quality assurance, R&D, and regulatory. Her diverse background in the industry has allowed her to understand the deep complexities of regulatory involved during the formula development, product development, planning & production, product release, and registration phases. Outside of work, Mai enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, traveling, and has a goal of visiting all 7 continents.
Bridget’s background consists of all areas of compliance, including QA, analytical testing, and regulatory affairs. She also has experience in product development and international regulatory compliance from working in both the cosmetic and personal care industries. Bridget has her BS in Biological Sciences from Ohio State University and her MS in Environmental Health and Safety from University of Findlay. Fun Fact: Bridget is working on learning French.
Omer has a BS in Information Technology and Web Science (ITWS) from RPI. Fun Fact: He is a huge basketball fan.
Sarita brings over 15 years of diverse experience across roles in Regulatory, Ramp, Quality, Product
Education, and Marketing support within the Cosmetics, Dietary and Nutrition, and pharmaceutical
industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and is enthusiastic about leveraging her
expertise to drive positive outcomes in her professional pursuits.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring diverse cultures and landscapes through travel. She finds joy in
life’s varied experiences, whether skiing down snow-covered slopes or finding solace and strength
through yoga.
Before Ithos, Jackie spent 20+ in customer service management laboratory automation. Her most recent experience includes 2 years managing the several large accounts for a contract manufacturer. Prior to joining Ithos, she was promoted to Regulatory Director and spent 2 years assisting customers with the regulatory requirements as well as overseeing the OTC and Validation program. Jackie has a BS in Biochemistry from Rutgers University. Favorite Quote: “Say what you mean, mean what you say.”
Kurtis’ professional background is in account management. During his 10+ years at Ithos, he has gained experience across all company modules and refined an expertise in supplier outreach and data management. He has a Bachelors degree from the University of Vermont. Fun Fact: Kurtis is one of Ithos Global’s first official employees.
Prior to joining Ithos Global, Nicole worked as an Account Executive in Global Regulatory Compliance, supporting both new and existing customers. Her journey stemmed from a background in sales and recruitment in digital advertising and education technology. Nicole earned both a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and now resides in Denver, CO. In her free time, Nicole enjoys the outdoors and spends time hiking, paddleboarding, biking, and practicing yoga.
Before joining Ithos, Amanda did a co-op at semiconductor manufacturing lab, GlobalFoundries, during college. She has a BS in Electrical Engineering from RPI and is currently pursuing an MS in Computer Engineering at Villanova University.
Prior to joining Ithos, Benny worked for Australian Gold as a regulatory affairs specialist. He also has experience working in research settings, specifically in cell biology labs. Benny has a BS in Biology and an MS in Molecular Biology from Purdue University. Fun Fact: Benny has 15+ years of professional experience playing an Indian drum, called a dhol. He travels the country most weekends out of the year, performing at clients’ weddings and Indian festival celebrations like Holi and Diwali.
